INVOICE

Purchase and Sales Contract indicating car name, units, price, and payment method.
It is an important document effected by our signature and the buyer's one.

CONSIGNEE

The buyer. Strictly speaking, the person/company who is responsible and has the right to pick up the imported car from the port.
The imported car will belong to the consignee.

B/L

Bill of Lading. This is the document that proves of contract for carriage of good.
You need the original B/L in order to obtain the importing car from the port.

Shipping Fee

FOB Japan

"Free on Board" This price does not include insurance and freight. All the cost until cars leave Japan Port.

C&F

Cost & Freight. A trade term stands for CIF disregarding insurance.

CIF

Cost, Insurance, & Freight.
All cost included until landed to the destination Port.

Certificate of Origin

A document that certifies of the origin of the good.
Some countries need this document to import cars.
